When do I pay?
Every two weeks until balanced is fully paid, or if you have purchased one of the following, we ask you to pay upfront:
-1 hour lesson
-5 hour lesson
-G1 exit Road Test package
-G2 exit Road Test package
-G1 exit Road Test package Plus
-G2 exit Road Test package Plus
How do I access the web-learning to complete the in-class portion of the full course?
You will be sent a link, as well as a username and password and you then can log in and begin learning! (Please check your junk mail!)
When do I book my in-car lessons?
If you have purchased the Full Course Package or the Complete Package, we ask that you finish the in-class portion of the package before you book your in-car lessons. If you only purchased any in-car lessons or a Road Test package you may begin as soon as payment is made and account is activated.
How do I book my in-car lessons?
**Disclaimer** We ask you do this on your laptop or desktop
-Check your emails and look for the first email we sent you, it will have a username and password for our website (Please check your junk mail!)
-Go to our website and click on the top right to Student Login, there you will put the username and password that was sent to your email.
-Once you are logged in, you will look to your left and there will be list stating Home, Scheduling, My Account, Enroll, Contact and Logout.
-Click on Scheduling
-Click on Teen In-Car/Adult In-Car
-You will see a calendar and the dates will either be coloured pink or green. The green dates are the days that have a time slot available for you to book and the pink dates means that that the instructor is fully booked.
-You chose a Location to be picked up, whether that be home, at school or other. If you chose other, please specify in the notes provided.
-Click on book lesson.
Is there a time limit to when you have to finish the course?
Yes, you have 365 days (1 year) from the day you enrol to complete it.
What 3 pieces of identification you must carry with you when you are behind the wheel?
You must always carry, License, Registration and Insurance when you are behind the wheel.
What are the benefits of getting certified through the Full or Complete course?
You get to test for your G2 license 8 months after getting your G1 instead of 12 months. You also get a possible discount on insurance.
What do you need to take to your G1 test?
Birth certificate, passport, proof of citizenship. All documents need to be the originals, not copies
What are some of the restrictions of G1?
-You must have a fully liscensed driver with an alcohol level under 0.5% in the passenger seat when you are in the drivers seat.
-You cannot drive between the hours of midnight and 5am
-You may not have more passengers in the vehicle then seatbelts.
